Report: The Best & Worst Cities For Automobile Collisions In Southern California

Are you more likely to be involved in an accident in certain cities in Southern California, and less likely to crash in others? According the 2012 “America’s Best Drivers” report, compiled by AllState Insurance, your chances of an accident can vary considerably depending on whether you are living in Fontana or Glendale, Palmdale or Los Angeles.

 

Since 2004, AllState has analyzed its data each year to determine the country’s best and worst drivers. This year’s report, which used data from January 2009 to December 2010, ranked the top 200 cities in the nation and calculated a resident’s collision likelihood and the average number of years between accidents. How did the cities in Southern California and the Los Angeles area fare?
